The wedding block rate will be available through midnight April 10,2025. To obtain guaranteed availability and the group rate, please make your reservations ASAP. There are only 12 rooms, so reservations are recommended as soon as possible on a first come first serve basis.

You must call the hotel directly at 303-526-2000 and ask for “Reservations”. Please tell reservations that you wish to make a reservation for the Dinkins-Dominy Wedding.

Please note that check-in time is 3:00 pm. It is difficult for the hotel to accommodate early check-in so please plan accordingly. An early check-in fee may apply if check-in is needed prior to 3:00 p.m.

The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be preauthorized for one- night room and tax 3-7 days prior to the date of your arrival. If there is a problem processing your card, the hotel will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email, allowing you 24-48 hours to contact us with a valid credit card. If we do not hear from you by the specified deadline, your reservation will be cancelled as “non-guaranteed” and may be reinstated based solely on availability.

If you are unable to keep your reservation, or if you have a change of arrival or departure date, you must contact the hotel to cancel at least 7-day prior to your arrival date to avoid a late cancellation penalty of one night room/tax.
